About how many months will it take for the entire course to be over?

Okay, so I have recently in the past month or so started growing little hairs all across my cheeks and chin, like a beard and sideburns. They are really small on my chin, but larger and much more noticeable on my cheeks. I’m a girl, about to turn 19 and wonder what the heck is going on. Are my hormones changing? Is this permanent? How can I get rid of them for good? Thank you so much, and sorry if you’re grossed out. I am too.

I REALLY wanna get rid of my facial hair naturally. No tweezers no hair removal creams no waxing no bleaching no electrolysis no laser treatments or anything like that. I want something that can be homemade or something of that sort. I am currently using a hair removal cream for my face, but it makes my pores look huge afterwards. Some guys even asked me if I shaved my mustache O.o HELP!
