HELP!!! MAKEOVER HELP!!!!!! skin? hair?
I want a total summer makeover! i know what i want to do but not what products to use!
1) Perfect Skin: i have super oily skin on my t zone, and its really hard to control. On my cheeks it is super dry. What do i do?
- moisturize? what is the best moisturizer ( and cheap! ) clean and clear? neutragena?
- acne treatment? my skin is acne prone what is the best spot treatment?
- facial mask? any make at home recepies? or cheap online ones that will help control oil and just make skin look healthy! ?
- and of course spf what is the best that wont make my skin an oil slick. so gross, i need spf though to protect my skin!
- and also a good facial wash that will help acne, oil, and just rejuvinate skin
2) Makeup! what is the best cheap brand? healthy to skin? etc.
- Primer: there so expensive! , iv tried alot but they just dont work, i tried milk of magnesia( which is suppose to work) it helped for sure but didnt give me a silky not oily skin all day.
- foundation: liquid is nice just b/c it looks natural. but it tends to get cakey and oily. any good foundations? or mineral? iv tried everyday minerals which is great! it just doesn’t last long on my skin.
- i like most of my bronzers, and eye makeup! I love avon Mark!
3) Hair : its summer again and my hair is fried! pool or ocean at least twice a week! what are good moisturizing hair products? im using neautrogena triple stay in conditioner which helps! but is there anything just amazing?
- hair protectors from heat? or sun?
- split ends serum? etc.
- also hair removal!!!! shaving every day is such a pain and waxing is expensive. has anyone tried an epilator??? do those really work? or any other ways to remove unwanted hair, especially arm pits and biki zone?
4) Smell GOOD! fragrances?
- what is a great all year fragrance? i like clean smellling and earthy. i dont like musky or really floral scents. any really great ones worth the price? any avon or mark?
- any tips to make it last all day?
Basicaly im just looking for tips and cheap ( colllege student) products that realy work and can give me a great makeover! and feel good about myself

1) for your oily tzone get an oil control lotion like this one from MAC and apply only to your tzone. works wonders for me! have the same problem.

-moisturizer get anything that is oil free and has spf 15 to protect your skin from uvrays. and apply it to your face after you wash it that way it holds. you have to trial and error to see which works best with your skin.
-acne problem. the wave by neutrogena works great. you can feel it right after you wash your face. well for me also birth control loestrin helped my face clear up. i know sounds weird but it did. i use to have bad acne.
-facials visit

2)for make up since you have oily skin try to stay away from pressed powders because those tend to make your skin more oily. the product its self has more oils. so go with a loose powder and also oil free.
my favorite blush right now is called Maybelline Mineral Power Blush Rose and you can get it at any CVS

-for your hair use john frieda ease hair serum

4) for smell im not sure what if youll like ti but one smell i love is by charlotterusse and is only 10 bucks is smells soft and nice. apply lotion to your body and spray your perfume over it. it will hold (and dont be afraid to rub in the perfum its just a myth that it will lose its smell)
and self tanners! stay away from the spray cans! those are the worse! because it leaves streaks my fav one is jergens natural glow express. you apply your self and you apply as many times as you would like until you achive your desired tan. i love it. is the best one ive tried so far. you control how tan you want to be and its fast too.
hope this helps…
*woo* wiped out..

My oh my are you picky.
ok so i have an answer for ur dry hair, and ur face
…
ok so i get my hair dyed all the time and it really dries it out cuz i straiten it. well i started using this ultra conditioner i got at the salon, and its call ‘phytocitrus’ and its made by ‘phyto’… and its a protective hair "mask" that u use once a week, and what u do is after u shampoo ur hair apply a quarter sized amout of it to ur scalp and rub it in and leave it in for 5 minutes and then rinse it out completely…in 2 wekks u will see results i promise….just go to http://www.alesgroup.com
and for ur face i found a very inexpensive product that they sell at walgreens called ‘pHisodem’ and its pH balanced, doesn’t irratate skin, and makes ur skin feel really soft…so u can pretty much just run to a local walgreens, or just go to pHisoderm.com.
1) Perfect Skin: Use Clean & Clear for sensitive skin cleanser so you don’t dry it out.For a moisturizer use one of the clean and clear ones. Some of them have spf and they are not oily at all.You can use St. Ives apricot scrub once a week to smooth away dry skin and impurities. You can use clean & clear astringent for your acne. It works nicely! For a face mask go to Target and get an
Organic one, I have one but cannot remember the name lol:)
2) Makeup: Some good cheap brands would be Revlon, Covergirl, Loreal. For primer Loreal makes a really good cheap one to stop creasing!:) Covergirl trueblend is a good foundation! It evens out your skin tone. Loreal also makes a foundation but its a powder form. If you want check out Loreals eye makeup and bronzers. I love them!:)
3)Hair: Bed Head by Tigi is good for damaged hair but a little pricy! I LOVE Nuetrogena Triple Moisture Renewal Shampoo, Condtioner, and deep conditioner! It’s truly AMAZING!!!:) Bed Heat Ego Boost Slpit End Mender is REALLY GOOD!!!:)
4)Fragrances: Victorias Secret Beauty Rush body sprays are wonderful and fresh!!! Also Calagon is fresh too!!!:) Sorry no tips on how to make it last except re-spray:)
5) Tanning: Jergens makes a nice self tanner!
Hope I helped! Good Luck with your makeover!!!:)
