Hi im just a teenager right now and i used to shave a lot but lately i’ve stopped, because my facial hair has been getting pointy,coarse,sharp, and crunchy, i use this one machine (similar to an electric razor) so my hair wouldn’t grow back as rough, but it doesn’t give me a clean shave, then i bought this hair removing cream called surgi facial hair removal, and it burnt my face and didnt even get rid of the hair, (im guessing because its too rough) not that my facial hair is sorta long and smooth will it be safe if i use it now?

I put my facial hair removal on and it doesn’t work so after 3 hours, I applied the stuff on again which a larger a mount this time.This time the hair comes off but my skin gets so red and it feels like burning.
Now I still have red marks above my mouth, which I have to use concealer to cover and doesn’t help that much.
