i want to get so Nair hair removal cream for my upper lip. are there any side effects or risks though?

I am an Indian, 15 years old, and have a LOT of visible upper lip hair which is very embarrassing and all the boys at school tease me. So I used Veet (a hair removal cream). It does remove the hair, but the hair rows back very fast, and looks disgusting in the process. I know I cannot use such creams in sensitive areas, but I have no other alternative. My mother gave me a cream – Eflora – that is supposed to reduce the hair thing, or I dunno! coz I don’t see it working! Could you please give me some easy. and inexpensive remedies for upper lip hair removal and facial hair… I look like a chimpanzee… PLEASE HELP.
I do not want to continue using creams, because they make the follicles visible, and it looks like a faint grey tinge…

Do not want to bleach because my other facial hair will become brownish and turn golden in the sunlight…

I have a severe problem of shaving bumps, pimples and milia breaking out right after I shave, as in within 12-24 hours. Yes I have tried every single remedy and measure known to prevent it and nothing works, so I’m going to try a hair removal cream on my face. I have heard that it is not uncommon to use this on the face as long as it’s only done about once a week. Which depilatories can I use on my face? Is there a particular brand that is good for this? And what extra measures do I need to take?

I am 25 years old , having hair on the upper lip , so im shaving it from past 5 years , nowdays my upper lip look greenish( like men) , im allergic to threading , waxing and hair removal cream , is there anything i can do to stop the hair growth and to lighten the greenish color on the upper lip .. Besides laser hair removal, what works to keep facial hair away the longest? Does hair removal cream work? Any other ideas?

does your dermatologist have a permanent hair removal cream that will removie facial hair for good not like full grown mustache hair but you know baby black hairs but are noticible that is covering your light subtle skin on your face ?
kinda like an electrolisis but a cream does derma’s have that ?
